Worries and sadness are emotions we all have to manage in our lives. The need to seek therapy arises when one's worries and sadness interferes with daily functioning. Through cognitive behavioral therapy, I will help you manage these emotions and find more balance in your life.
Parenting can be the most rewarding experience but often times it comes with its challenges. Through my expertise on child development and psychology I help parents understand their children's behaviors so the parents can build their skillsets to better meet their children's needs. The goal is not simply compliance with the child's behavior but rather helping the child understand his/her thoughts and feelings so he/she can manage their feelings in a helpful way.
